  • What does OEM mean and how do OEM parts differ from "after market" parts?

OEM is an acronym for "original equipment manufacturer". And aftermarket is not the manufacturer's original equipment. West Broad Collision Center uses OEM parts for our customers' cars unless you or your insurance company insist. This means your car is returned as close as possible to it's original condition

  • Do I need to obtain multiple estimates for the repairs done to my vehicle?

Short answer: NO! There is no law in the state of Virginia requiring you to obtain more than one estimate to repair your vehicle. Your insurance company cannot require you to get more than one estimate. However if your insurance company insists that you get mulitple estimates our Certified Insurance Claim Handlers (CICH) can get them for you!
