Remember, West Broad Collision Center has Certified Insurance Claims Handlers (CICH) on site to assist you with getting your claim processed quickly and easily. You do not need an estimate when working with our CICH staff. Just authorize us to:

• Handle the estimate (we can get you multiple estimates if your insurance company requires more than one)
• Deal with the insurance company
• Help arrange alternative transportation if you need it--we have Enterprise Car Rental on site.
• Order your parts
• Oversee your vehicle repair
